travel was very convenient. i came from kings cross to maryland station via the elizabeth line and the hotel was a short ten-minute walk. the room was sleek. almost all amenities were present. checkout was easy.
the air conditioning did not work in our room and it was july. we had a leak from our bathroom which soaked the carpet too.

the hotel has very convenient travel options. i took the elizabeth line from kings cross to maryland station, and it was a short ten-minute walk to the hotel. the staff were nice, and checkout was easy. the room was sleek and most amenities were present, i found.
the black-out parts of the curtains were quite grubby. i also noticed several insect bites on the back of my head and neck. this made me concerned about bedbugs, though i am not certain that caused them. i also found that tea and coffee were missing from the room.
