Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had to sleep with the window open overlooking the street, booked via an outside website, and found myself right in the middle of this extremely unpleasant smell and unsightly environment. The hotel offers a gem of service, very cooperative and caring, though some aspects were questionable. Despite this, the location was handy for the O2, only a 10-minute tube ride away, making it convenient despite being a bit run down in appearance. The dining options varied, with some plentiful choices but lacking in taste. Overall, it was worth the price, particularly for a full English breakfast.
The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to shops and more, which was great. The rooms were not perfect due to being warm and noisy, needing to move quickly. The service was helpful, especially for solo travelers with children, despite some staff not being familiar with certain tasks. The dining experience offered good value for money with a twist but had some issues with the quality of certain foods. The facilities were decent, meeting basic needs.
The hotel was quite clean and modern, though I did notice some stains on the curtains. It was cleaner than other more expensive hotels I've stayed in, and the daily cleaning or at least changing of bathroom towels was appreciated. The service was excellent, perfect for late-night needs, and the staff was helpful, especially when we had any issues to be resolved. The location was very good, close to a major shopping center in Europe and easily accessible by tube. The dining was satisfactory, though a bit basic with not many choices. Overall, a decent stay with a good location and service.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for shopping and exploring London, but the rooms were not very soundproof, and there was an unpleasant odor in the environment. The service was top-notch, although there were minor hiccups with the housekeeping. The dining experience left something to be desired, particularly with the slow breakfast replenishment, but the overall value for money was decent.
The hotel had a simple yet attractive decor, but my stay was affected by finding a sock in the room and a long blond hair in the shower. The lack of air conditioning made it necessary to keep the window open, leading to a noisy environment. However, considering the price paid, the overall experience was as expected.
